Valentines Dinner – February 11, 6:00 to 9:00PM

A special Valentines dinner will be held on February 11 at the winery from 6:00 to 9:00PM.  This annual dinner has consistently sold out well before the date.

Chinese Beet-Hibiscus Tea Egg
Frisee, micro flower, rose gastrique, poppy vinaigrette, pork belly croutons, pecans
2013 Felicity (Blended for this dinner) Grand Valley

Artichoke Fritters
Raisin-blood orange compote, quenelle of duck pate, brioche

Ginger-Molasses Financier

Tickets are $65 per person plus tax until January 29 then the price increases to $75 per person plus tax
