Valentines Dinner – February 10, 6:30 to 9:00PM

A special Valentines dinner will be held on February 10 at the winery from 6:30 to 9:00PM.  This annual dinner has consistently sold out well before the date.

5-Course Valentines Dinner

Braised fennel black rice sushi
Sriracha cashew sauce, pickled lychee

Course II:
Duck and blueberry crème brulee
Baguette slices, hearty greens

Course III:
Roasted wild mushrooms and earthy farro
Arugula pesto
Merlot, 2014

Course IV:
Sous vide petite teres major
Pecan puree, spiced duck jus, Glass potatoes
Karen’s Reserve Cabernet 2014

Course V:
Toffee pudding lava cake
Salted caramel ice cream
Maverick, sweet red, 2016

Tickets are $75 per person, gratuity included, plus tax until January 29 then the price increases to $80 per person plus tax
