Age Restriction: You must be over 21 years of age to order wine from Kingman Estates Winery. (Note: An adult signature is required at receipt of delivery.) By placing an order through this site you are confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
Shipping Destinations: We are currently only shipping within Colorado. If you wish to ship wine to another state, please contact us to make appropriate arrangements. Kingman Estates Winery will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments. Customer will be billed for return and reshipping charges.
Weather Considerations: Due to the possibility of extreme weather conditions, Kingman Estates Winery does not recommend shipping your wine during those times of year when freezing temperatures or extreme heat may be experienced. Unless requested, we will not ship your wine until more favorable weather and will hold your wine free of charge until such a time. Depending on the date ordered, this may result in a shipping delay of several weeks. If you still wish to ship your wine during extreme weather, we recommend overnight shipping. If you insist upon ground shipping, Kingman Estates Winery will not replace any wine that arrives damaged by extreme weather. Such damage may include but is not limited to: frozen wine, pushed up or leaking corks, bottle temperature above 70°F.
Orders: All orders are final and not subject to refund unless a fault is found with a delivered wine. If a delivered wine, not shipped during weather temperature extremes, is discovered with a fault then Kingman Estates Winery reserves the right to ship a replacement wine or to issue a refund.
Privacy Notice: All customer information is kept private and confidential and will not be shared with any other company or organization unless required by law.
