The Kingman team is small but mighty—made up of passionate individuals who love wine and the connections it creates. From welcoming guests in the tasting room to carefully assisting in the winemaking process, our staff brings warmth, knowledge, and a personal touch to every experience.
Our Owners
Kingman Estates Winery is proudly family-owned and operated by Doug and Karen Kingman. With a passion for Colorado-grown grapes and handcrafted wines, the Kingman have built the winery around a commitment to quality, community, and the joy of sharing wine with others. Their hands-on approach ensures every bottle reflects the character of Colorado and the care that goes into making it.

At Kingman Estates Winery, our mission is simple: to craft exceptional wines from Colorado grapes while fostering a welcoming space where people can gather, learn, and celebrate. We believe wine is more than a drink—it’s a shared experience that connects people, honors the land, and supports our local community.
What are we up to now?
We have partnered with Big Choice Brewing and have created a fun space we call County Road Social
At County Road Social, our mission is simple: to craft exceptional experiences through thoughtfully
produced beverages, artisan-style food, and genuine hospitality. We believe that great wine, beer, cocktails,
and food are more than offerings—they are shared experiences that bring people together, honor our land,
and strengthen our community.
The wine we serve is crafted on site by Kingman Estates Winery using Colorado-grown grapes, primarily from
Palisade, and reflects the character and quality of our state’s agriculture. The beer we serve is brewed on site
with care by Big Choice Brewing, using fresh, local ingredients wherever possible to deliver bold, consistent
craft flavor. Alongside these, we offer a fun and elevated cocktail program and a menu of artisan-inspired food
options designed to complement our beverages and enhance every visit.
