Bordeaux Blending Event Sunday, May 1, 2022, 2:oo – 4:00pm
We have carefully aging 2017 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot wine in oak barrels. It is time to make a blend that presents an extraordinary wine offering and you will help us decide!
The event will use groups of 4-6 “vintners” working together to come up with their best blend. A blind judging contest will be held to pick the very best blend. We will take the winning blend formula, blend wines accordingly and bottle it. Futures will be on sale the day of the event (minimum 6 bottles) for $45 a bottle. Once bottled and on the shelf it will sell for $60. The cost of your ticket can be applied towards the purchase of futures.
Tickets are $25 per person. Wine club member tickets are $15 per person. Discounts are applied at checkout.
